Twice As Good Return Policy
We want you to love what you find at Twice As Good! Every item in our shop has its own story, and we do our best to make sure that story continues happily in your hands.
Thrifted & Secondhand Items
All secondhand, thrifted, or consignment items are final sale. Due to the nature of pre-loved goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on these purchases. Please inspect items carefully before buying — we’re happy to help you test or check them out before purchase!
Refill & Bulk Goods
For hygiene and safety reasons, refill and bulk products are also final sale. Once containers are filled or opened, we cannot accept returns.
New Wholesale products
We accept returns on new, unopened, and unused products (excluding personal care items) within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

Vendor & Artisan Products
Each local vendor manages their own return policies. If your item was made by one of our partnering artisans, we’ll gladly connect you directly with them to resolve any issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you discover a defect or damage within 7 days of purchase, please contact us at info@twiceasgood.com or visit the shop with your receipt. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
